On the left hand side of the machine there is a red button to turn on, once on this lights up.

once loaded you'll then find this screen on the front. You will need to press the element button to ensure the elements heat up. That should then be highlighted in black to say its on. Then press the play button next to it to go to the next stage.

press the top arrow to take you to number 20 on the next page, and press 20. D. warm up.

This screen will show, that mean that the elements will heat up for 5 mins once the elements are pulled forward, but before that ensure that the machine is empty and plate is down... as shown.

Bring down the silver plate and clamp shut on boths sides.

Slide forward the heating element, as soon as you do this, it will heat up automatically. once finished it will beep.

press the back arrow to change the folder

select 02. 35s. single.

This is now ready to form the plastic sheets, Place the correct former on the plate in the middle. Place a sheet that has had its back plastic taken off both sides on top of the hole and ensure all 4 corners are covered with the sheet and central.

Bring down the lid, to tightly secure in place put the clips tight.

now bring forward the element to heat it.

As above, once this has finished it will beep, push back the element and put on the fans above to cool down, quicker.

once this has finished you can now press the release button to push air through to release the plastic

Now push the handle back up top bring down the tray, and then remove the sheet and former.

Remove to white forming block from the formed sheet and then cut around the guide to cut excess from around the edges with a scalpel, always be careful and use a cutting mat under it.
