Using Outlook Desktop client

To find the “Report Phishing” button on the Outlook desktop client, please check the top ribbon in the ‘Home’ tab of Outlook and click on any of the below Report buttons to report an email.

Using Outlook Mobile App

To find the “Report Phishing” button on the Outlook mobile app, tap the three dots (More options) at the top of the email.

Select Report Phishing.

Using Outlook Web App

• Select an email you believe to be suspicious
• Click on the Report phishing button displayed on the top right corner of the email.
