You will receive an invitation email from Lattice.

Click on the link on the invitation email, a pop up box will open

1. Click on the Join Team button

You will then be invited to create your Account.

2. Select Sign in with SSO

Sign in with your usual pickering email address and password.

3. Type in your Preferred full name - Please type in your first name and surname

4. Preferred Display name - type in how you would like your name to appear in email notifications - first name or abbreviated first name (eg Rob for Robert etc)

5. Optional - you can select which pronouns you wish to be used.
