introduction to the 2024 Appraisal Review Cycle
The 2024 Appraisal Review Cycle has been started.
This will replace the annual PDR review that (sometimes :-) ) takes place.
The appraisal review cycle will take place for everybody at the same time, every year - the third quarter of the year.
The appraisal review WILL NOT be the time to discuss salary reviews. These discussion will take place after Managers have had their budgets for the year set and agreed in the 4th quarter.
