Acronis Files Advanced used to be known as Acronis Access.

It is an application that is used for file synching and sharing. It has industry leading encryption and security features. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

You can use Acronis Access to sync files between devices in the same way as file sharing applications like Dropbox.

Acronis Access can also give you access to files that are stored on the pickering servers and storage areas.  These can be accessed from mobile devices as well as pcs, and files can be automatically synced and downloaded to devices.

Users can also share content securely with third parties. For example, if you have a large file or folder that you wish to share, you can create a unique URL which can be given out permitting the third party to download the file, or access the folder. This is a more secure replacement for the FTP server.
