Creative Cloud Syncing Issue on Mac

1. Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop app

2. Uninstall Creative Cloud desktop app using this link https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

3. Click on Go > Utilities > delete Adobe Application Manager folder if it is there

4. Click on Go > Go to Folder > ~/library/Application Support/Adobe > right-click on Get Info > give all users Read & Write permission > rename AAMUpdater to AAMUpdater.old > delete OOBE folder > move CoreSync file to desktop.

 

5. Click on Go > Go to Folder > /library/Application Support/Adobe > right-click on Get Info > give all users Read & Write permission > rename AAMUpdater to AAMUpdater.old > delete AdobeApplicationManager

6. AAMUpdaterInventory > 1.0 > delete AdobeApplicationManager-1.0

7. Rename SLCache to SLCache.old and SLStore to SLStore.old

8. Log on to https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud.html and reinstall Creative Cloud desktop app

9. Uninstall Creative Cloud Apps > reboot Mac

10. Reinstall Creative Cloud Apps
