Description of the Onelogin Portal

Onelogin Portal

Onelogin consists of a portal which can be accessed on a laptop, pc or mobile device.

From within the portal you will have access to your applications.

Some of the applications will be automatically added by your IT department.

You will have the option to add your own applications and save them in a personal area, with Onelogin acting as a password manager for you.

What the Orange numbers on the screenshot mean

  1. Your name, and profile picture if you have uploaded one, are in the top right hand corner. You can edit and view your profile here.
  2. Apps are displayed here
  3. Clicking on this tab will bring up your most frequently accessed apps
  4. The personal tab shows apps that you have added yourself
  5. The Pickering dropdown shows Pickering apps. There will probably be more than one dropdown here to offer a selection of apps by department. This dropdown can be customised.

The first step in configuring Onelogin is to set up the Onelogin Portal, instructions on how to do that are here:

Log into OneLogin for the first time.

Any apps that you add in your personal area are completely private to you - IT has no knowledge or access to apps that you add here.
