Secure Notes in Onelogin

Within Onelogin there is the option to share secure notes with other members of staff. This can be handy if you want to share secure infomation, for instance passwords to password protected documents. You can also use secure notes to store information for your own personal use.

To access secure notes:

1. Hover over your profile name/icon in the top right hand corner of the Onelogin browser window

2. Click Secure Notes in the drop down menu

Within the Secure Notes area there is a list of all of the notes that have been shared with you, and that you have shared with others.

3. You can delete notes that you have created by clicking delete

4. You can select Show to read a note

5. To create a New Note, select the New Note button

6. Give the Note a title

7. Type the content of the note.

8. If you are typing a note purely for your own reference, click save

9. If you would like to share your note with others, select the checkbox - allow others to access this note

10. Select add user

11. Start typing the name/s of the other staff members you want to share the note with and select add user. Select the save button

12. You will see a notification that the Note has been saved successfully. Everybody that you have shared the note with will now be able to access it in the Secure Notes area of their Onelogin portal.
