1) By clicking this paper icon it allows the 'Pages' tab to open, which shows you a bunch of options seen in this screenshot (above).

2) This little list shows you all of the pages within your intranet system. If you were to click on any of the options with a little triangle to the left of it then all of the sub-pages of that page will become available to you as well.

3) By clicking this little home button, it will enable you to turn any page within the intranet system into the main home page.

4) This 4-way arrow button allows you to drag and drop the pages so you can choose the order which the pages are set out with ease.

5) By pressing this video recorder icon, it takes you to a page full of helpful videos which can be used if you are having any trouble with the pages features.

6) this feature simply takes you to another page which is less cluttered so it is simpler for you to change the layout / settings of your pages within your intranet.
