Appearance
1) Top Menu Layout - This section allows you to alter how the top of the page looks (this is called the top menu). If you were to click on the three dots seen on the right of this, it gives you two options for this, the first of these are 'Full Screen Top Menu', which works well if you have images which span the whole width of the header. The second option is 'Narrow Screen Top Menu', which works well if there are no images in the header. A thing to keep a not of is that this feature only applies to wide desktop screens, not mobile devices.
2) Page Display Layout - This section allows you to choose how the majority of the screen looks. If you were to click the three dots to the right of this you will find the two options for this which are 'Full Screen Display Layout', which shows the layout of the intranet page to be across the whole of the screen, or 'Narrow Screen Display Layout', which is better if you would rather the modules not take up every inch of the screen.
3) Header & Folder Color - This features is quite simple, it allows you to select either the Header or the Footer background color from a drop-down box which appears if you were to click on the three dots to the right of the heading of this section. This is a good method for you to personalize each page of your intranet system.
4) Log In Page - Once again, this is quite simple, on the login page you are able to personalize different features to your preferences. Once you click on the three dots icon to the right it comes up with your options. These include a 'Welcome Text', unfortunately, it does only allows for 10 characters but it's still good to personalize it a little. The second part that appears within this is the option to customize the font which is used for the text on the login page. You are also able to choose your own color for the background of this page.
5) Button Color - This one's very simple, you click on the three dots icon and you have the ability to change the color of your buttons throughout your site.
6) Module Header Color - Very simple again, click the three dots and you will be given the option to change the color of your module headers throughout your intranet system.
7) Text Color - This one is pretty self-explanatory, it gives you the ability to change the color of the text within the module headers.
8) Fonts - This section allows you to change the fonts throughout your site. Your two main options for this are within the navigation and module text. It also has a box which will show you what your text will look like before posting it to your site.
9) Logo - This section allows you to upload a file of the logo which you would like for your site, this one isn't necessary, but is a better option if you want your site to look more professional for your company.
10) Custom CSS - This one simply allows you to set up custom settings and CSS for your intranet site.
