There are only two options within this section of editing your intranet system which are shown in this screenshot above.

1) The first option is called 'Send Alert', very much speaks for itself, it allows you to send an alert to either everyone within your intranet system or specific people within it.

2) The second option is called 'Current Alerts', which simply shows you any alerts that are currently active within your intranet system.
