However, another menu comes up once you decide to edit this, which allows you to add more features including annotated pictures and tables, which are more difficult to add using other features.

7) News - this module is quite simple on the surface, it allows you to keep members of your team up to date with any events or news. But it also can be complicated. For the news module, you'll need an article or to create one (this is quite simple). There are 5 options for the layout of the news module, this basically allows you to personalize how you news articles look.

In a post, there are 3 fields. The first of these is the 'Title', which is required. The next one is 'Summary', which is recommended it is kept short and sweet so that it doesn't drag on too much. The third and final field is the 'Content', this is where the main bulk of the article comes in, this is the area where the majority of the article will be put, and this part doesn't appear until the user has licked on the front page of the news module, which includes the title and the summary. Within the content section of the article, you will be able to ass images, videos, etc. To the right hand side of the menu that will be opened once you begin to create the article, there are your publishing options alongside the preview options so that you can get an insight as to how your news article will look before it has been posted to the intranet system.

8) Events Calendar - This module allows you to add a helpful calendar to your page. IT is great for helping your colleagues to be well informed of upcoming events. It also means that people can keep track of upcoming meetings, deadlines and milestones within the company.

9) Forms Builder - This module simply allows you to create automated forms to add to your intranet pages. There are different fields when creating these automated forms, including design which is basically just how the form is set out and how it looks, actions, which is setting up the different emails the form will be sent to and other features similar to this. the next one is workflow, which is where statuses are created. Actually creating the form is extremely simple, there is a list of features on the left-hand side of the screen, which in order to insert into the form you just drag and drop it into the area of the form you want it to be placed. Within this section there is a header called 'Common Fields' which basically is the umbrella term for the majority of things that a person fills out on a form including the date, their address, contact information etc.

1) Expanding Text - This module is good for if you have a lot of information but don't want it all on display at one time. With the expending text module, you can just have the title on show and have the ability to click to see more.

2) Site Activity Wall - This module basically allows you to create your own in-house activity wall where you can upload updates, important content and holiday pics.

3) Forum - This feature allows you to create a space where people can chat freely and conveniently. There is a sub-feature within this called the forum-builder, which allows you to easily create your own forum for people to chat.

4) Banner - This feature allows you to create a stunning banner or carousel gallery. Basically it allows you to upload your own pictures (or from the internet) into your banners so that they are more personalized to your company and what you are looking for rather than the set options that come with the intranet, giving you more freedom.

5) Call to action - This feature allows you to feature a specific picture or to highlight a certain article so that more attention can be drawn to it if it is of more importance.

6) Feedback Comments - This feature allows you and your team to leave helpful feedback on important issues which you may not be able to discuss in person.

7) Quick Survey - This option allows you to quickly gather opinions from the people in your company / team. These surveys can be created so that they are easy to access, quick to fill in and effective for results.

8) Deleted Modules - As with the other features such as pages, this allows you to gain access to modules that have previously been added then deleted from the pages of your intranet system.
