1) My Account - This button is quite simple, it allows you to access the information within your intranet system, including the invoices which are received when money is spent for the subscription to MyHub intranet.
2) Files - This button allows you to access the files which have been shared over the intranet system ot are stores using the intranet system. They can be organized into folders to help you not lose any important files.
3) Quick Email - This feature allows you to send an email to a specific person, people within specific roles or simply everyone within your intranet system. This can be useful if you would like to send out the same email to a lot of people at the same time.
4) Site Security & Settings - This feature allows you to access the main settings for the whole of the site settings as well as security settings to ensure that your intranet system is secure.
