Page Settings

1) Dots - You can access the 'Page Settings' side menu option by pressing on the three dots shown at the side of each page option.

2) Rename - This button allows you to change the name of the page.

3) Duplicate - This button allows you to exactly replicate the page.

4) Hide - This button allows you to hide a page so it is not seen by certain people. This option is not available for the page which is set to the home page, but is available for all other pages.

5) Disable - Disable means that the page is no longer active, and can't be viewed or clicked on.

6) Delete - Delete is quite self-explanatory, it allows you to delete a whole page so it does not have to be done row by row / column by column.

7) Permissions - The permissions option allows you to choose who has access to what features within the page.

8) Display Date - The display date option allows you to set up a page on a date and have it automatically taken down after a set amount of time or on a specific date.

9) Redirect - The redirect button allows you to add links so that if you were to press a specific button it would take you to another tab which is not part of your intranet system.

10) View Page - The view page button basically allows you to access a preview of a page before actually posting it to your intranet system.

11) Parent Page - The parent page button is a bit more fancy. So if you were to have sub-pages within a section, you would have one main page that these other sections would come underneath. The main page is also called the 'Parent Page' because it looks after the smaller pages within it.

12) Deleted Pages - This button allows you to access any pages that have previously been deleted.
