To schedule a meeting room in outlook for mac 

Click the Meeting button in the ribbon. 

In the Location field, click the address book icon. 

Start typing the name of the Meeting room you would like to book (skyperoom, vcroom, or pelmeeting) 

You can then select Add to Meeting, or Check Availability
