Forward email to another email account automatically

1. Open Outlook > File > Info > Manage Rules & Alerts

2. Under Email Rules tab, select the email account you wish to apply this rule on

3. New Rule > Apply rule on messages I receive > Next

4. Select the condition "from people or public group" > click the link "people or public group > enter the email address that you want to apply this to

5. Select "forward it to people or public group" > click the link "people or public group"

6. Enter the email address you want the emails forwarded to > Next  (if you have no exceptions to this rule click Next again)

7. You can specify a name for this rule. You can call it anything you like.

8. Make sure "Turn on this rule" is ticked > Finish > Apply > Restart Outlook
