Outlook for Mac - creating a Smartfolder

In Outlook you can create folders to filter emails. One usage is to create a folder which contains all emails with large attachments

1. Click inside the Search bar

2. When you click the Search bar the Search Tab appears

3. Click on the Advanced icon

4. A new Search/filter bar appears under the ribbon. Select the up/down Arrows to the right of Item Contains to bring up a drop down menu.

5. Select Size

6. Select the Is Greater than Option from the drop down menu to the right of Size

7. Type a value in here (20000 will pick up all emails that are larger than 20MB in size)

8. By default the emails will be listed in date received. You can re-order them by size by selecting the drop down arrow

9. Select size from the drop down menu.
