Hardware footprint names shall be MECH A B C:

• A = Type e.g.
  • HOLE
  • INSERT
  • HANDLE
  • FPMOUNT
• B = Additional information e.g.
  • PAD
  • 2M5 (hole size) or CS2M5 (counter sunk hole size)
• C = Density
  • SD
  • HD

Note that hole size for ‘HOLE’ are ideal drill hole for the screw size, therefore HOLE 3M is 3.2mm. For INSERT the drill hole is as named.
