6.1.1 Documentation Outputs

These outputs are those resulting in PDF files that are used for information purposes and not manufacture. An example of a populated job file can be seen in the previous image.

  • Click on “Add New Documentation Output” and from the new window select PCB Prints & [PCB Document] (see Documentation Outputs figure).

  1. Repeat step 1 to create a second PCB Prints output, the two entries will be renamed & configured later.
  2. Click on “Add New Documentation Output” and select Schematic Prints and then [All SCH Documents].
  3. Repeat step 3 but select your RFQ sheet instead of “[All SCH Documents]”.
  4. Repeat step 3 but select your build sheet instead of “[All SCH Documents]”.
  5. The outputs should now be renamed using the structure in the Output Details Checklist, the result will be similar to that shown in the Populated Output Job File figure. Rename the output by a single left click onto the text “PCB Prints” (see Output File Naming image) then type the required file name.
