Open an Altium project, right click on the project and select :

• Add New to Project -> DraftsmanDocument and select InternalConstructionTemplate

The following window will appear:

Click on OK and this will automatically create an internal construction document from your PCB design. Note that if there are two PCBs within the project (not recommended, but possible), the PCBs can be chosen from the “Document” dropdown list on the window. The Title will need to be manually adjusted.
