The T&M industry evolves over time and whilst not an immediate requirement it is likely that at some stage Pickering will need to design for the PCIe and PXIe platforms.

There will be some designs that cannot be ported to future platforms (due to power supply requirements or relay type for example) but the intention should at least be considered at the design stage.
